Stage Player is a privacy-respecting application. It operates without any data collection, advertising, or tracking. The optional cloud features require an account, which is used exclusively to provide cloud backup and restoration functionality.

2. Data Collected
Stage Player can be used without creating an account. In that case, no data whatsoever is collected or transmitted.
If the user chooses to create an account to access the optional cloud features, the following information is collected:
- Email address - used exclusively for account authentication and password recovery. The email address is never used for marketing, advertising, or shared with third parties.
- Application configuration data - setlists, file assignments, volume settings, and pad configurations. This data is stored in the cloud solely to enable backup and restoration across devices.
No analytics, behavioral data, usage statistics, or device identifiers are collected.
3. Purpose of Data Processing
The data described above is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- Account creation and authentication
- Password recovery (email address only)
- Cloud backup and restoration of application settings
- Synchronization of configurations across multiple devices belonging to the same user
Email addresses are never used for newsletters, promotional communications, or any purpose other than those explicitly listed above.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Where applicable under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the legal basis for processing personal data is the user's explicit consent, given at the time of account creation. The creation of an account is entirely optional.

Account and configuration data is stored on secure cloud servers. Pragmatic Apps implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or destruction.

9. Advertising
Stage Player contains no advertising of any kind. No third-party advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or tracking libraries are embedded in the application.
10. In-App Purchases
Optional premium features are available via in-app purchases processed through the Google Play Store. Pragmatic Apps does not receive, store, or process any payment data. All transactions are handled by Google in accordance with their own privacy policy.
Cloud storage is available as an optional in-app purchase. Once purchased, the subscription is linked to the user's account and accessible on all their devices.
11. Children
Stage Player is rated suitable for all ages on the Google Play Store. The application does not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. 12. Third-Party Services
